Mugniyah and the French Government, history of a meeting, secrets of a deal:

BREAKING NEWS - The French Special Services "Black-Ops" team (namely, the 1st RPIMa boys), has just killed Mugniyah, in Damascus... They thought that Mugniyah himself was trying to sell, through my medium, these red-hot documents! And therefore, they proceeded to murder him... well-deserved, actually, but anyway, I still have the documents they were after!! You'll have to buy them back, Frenchies:)

I am a French Army Officer, having served several years at the headquarters of the French Air Force.
In the early 90's, I was the Special ''Attache Militaire'' (Liaison Officer) of mister Balladur (the ex- Prime Minister of France). At the time, Balladur was the Boss of Paris' 15th county, and leader of the French Republicans (RPR).
My mission was to liaise between him and the Paris Air Force base/headquarters, which also is situated in Paris' 15th county.

I also had to oversee and ensure Balladur's safety when he was visiting our Paris Military Base. As such,
I was indeed a close friend of him. He even helped me out with my career and ranking... But this is a different story.

Well, anyway, one day I had to spend the afternoon with Balladur, while he was carrying out an End-of-the-War remembering ceremonial, in front of the Paris-15 City House. With the Police, we had the place secured and under close watch, and everything went fine.

But, this day, I had another mission to carry out. As a 'Convoyeur Autorise' (Certified Military Courrier), (Tres-)Secret-Defense habilitated, I was given a ''Secret Defense'' Document, from the head of the DGA (Delegation Generale a l'Armement),
to deliver to mister Balladur at his City House.
I did deliver the document, early this day. Mister Balladur (whose family is from Midden-East, by the way) opened it, gave me a receipt (recepisse), and read it...

But then it was time to go to the outdoor ceremony. Mister Balladur and I went outside and proceeded with the End-of-the-War remembering parade. But while Balladur still was shaking hands and all, I went back to his office, the layout of which I perfectly knew (and his secretaries knew me, of course)...

Anyway, I then read the Secret Defense document. It stunned me, sure enough.
So I went outside, grabbed one Petty Officer, who was at the time under my Command, and ordered him to give me his professional photo camera (this petty officer was part of the Sirpa staff).

I then myself took pictures of the Secret Defense document, unhindered and discreetly. No-one the wiser:)

And now I want to sell these pictures.
What was written in this stunning document, you may ask?

Well, to sum it up, it amounts to this:
In 1986, the French Government/Military had a meeting, near Paris,
with the most terrifying terrorist of the World : Mugniyah himself.

The outcome of the meeting was : Mugniyah was to help secure the release of the French hostages (held in Beirut), before the French presidential elections. And the other part of the deal was, that France was to deliver a huge amount of weapons, and cash, to Palestinian fighters, through Lebanon.

The DGA had a summary of the case, and listing of weapons involved and delivered, complete with dates, ammo and serials. Also, a breakdown of costs involved.

That is the document that I photographed in Balladur's office back then... Also in the document were the names of 2 French brokers involved in the deal, one of which being a close friend of Pasqua. The other being... a Nicolas Sar***, young politician, back then, and specializing in dealing with hostage-takers (remember Neuilly?)...
I also have the ORIGINAL bordereau, delivered to me as a 'Convoyeur Autorise'.

Now, I am willing to sell these pictures of this document, for: 2 million Euros. Cheap, if you come to think of it!!...
